| Eoin BarryDirector Eoin is passionate about process improvement. He certified as a black belt with AlliedSignal Turbocharging Systems in 1996. He got hooked on Six Sigma when in the five month period of his first black belt project he delivered over $300,000 in annualised saving. He was hooked on Kaizen when he lead a team to reduce throughput time by 98% in a seemingly "complex" manufacturing process in 1998. A registered trainer with the International Association of Food and Drug Officials and Global Risk Management Alliance. Eoin has extensive experience in the improvement of the manufacturing and quality processes of automotive and medical devices including orthopeadic implants, cardiac rhythm management devices, stents and catheters. This covers a diverse range of technologies including precision vacuum investment casting, electronic assembly, machining, extrusions, moulding and manual assembly. Eoin is a University of Limerick graduate where he studied materials science and business administration. |
| Kaiser Aziz Ph.D., FACB, FACS, DABBSenior Regulatory, Quality and Clinical affairs consultant. Kaiser completed a 29-year career with FDA. Kaiser was Director, Division of Mechanics and Materials Science – FDA, Assoc. Director, Clinical Lab Devices – FDA, and Chief, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, and Pathology – FDA. Kaiser had a distinguished career as a clinical regulatory scientist and manager of drug and device evaluations, approvals, reengineering, standards, good manufacturing and quality system applications. During his career Kaiser worked with individual and industry organizations in design and total product life cycle (TPLC) approaches to premarket applications for medical devices, pharmaceuticals and combination products. In his career Kaiser has recieved numerous awards including an award from the Vice President of the United States, Al Gore for his work on QSIT. |
| Michael HolmanSenior Master Black Belt Mike is a leading expert in the training and coaching of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Champions, Master Black Belts, Lean Experts and mentors. Mike has over 25 years industry experience. As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Mike was responsible for six sigma at seven of AlliedSignal's (Honeywell) European plants. Prior to joining ARV Excellence Mike was a senior master consultant with the Six Sigma Academy. Mike is a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and a graduate of the University of Liverpool where he read mechanical engineering. |
