Repeatable Inspections. A Pragmatic Service.

ARV Excellence announce that they have just recently launched a new service called Repeatable Inspections ^TM.

Its a hands on shop floor service for manufacturing companies to measure, analyse, improve and validate their inspections steps.

The service aims to help companies qualify their inspection steps and thereby:

Prevent unsuitable product enter the supply chain.
Prevent unnecessary rework.
Ensure that accurate data is collected for process improvement.
Engage inspection personnel.

Using the service is simple. It is direct and low key in its execution. The data analysis is sophisticated.

"Its a really pragmatic approach." said Eoin Barry, MD of ARV Excellence. "It addresses a simple need of companies - to ensure that their inspection systems are working and are neither rejecting good product or passing defective product." He went on to say "this is one of the fundamentals of operational excellence - knowing that the process is 'safe' and you are basing your decisions on sound data. We cannot inspect quality in. But in the road to process excellence we must screen defectives out. Collect reliable data and improve".
